We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate, anonymised usage of this site — which pages are visited, browser/device, country. IP addresses are anonymised before processing. We do not sell, share, or join this data with anything else. You can decline analytics from the cookie banner; once declined we do not load Google Analytics at all.
FAD is a participant in the Amazon Associates programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon. Outbound product links labelled “Buy on Amazon” (or similar) include the affiliate tag fs08-21. If you buy through one of these links, Amazon pays us a small commission at no extra cost to you. We never adjust price, search results, or editorial commentary based on commission.
We use localStorage to remember (a) your cookie-banner choice and (b) theme preference. We use cookies set by Google Analytics only after you accept the banner. No advertising or cross-site-tracking cookies are set.
